Return Policy

We accept EXCHANGE of unworn merchandise in its original condition and packaging.

Please follow these steps for all exchanges:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery receipt to request an exchange/store credit.

2. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery receipt. Please contact us before shipping to request an exchange.

3. An extra shipping fee will be involved to sent the new item(s).

IMPORTANT:

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned in its original condition, in a secure and traceable manner. Save your tracking number and allow us up to 7 business days to process your return.

In the event the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sale items cannot be returned.
