We accept RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT only.
Merchandise MUST be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
Please follow these steps:
1. Contact us as soon as possible to request a return.
2. Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery receipt. Please contact us to request a return, before shipping. We will provide a return address and a ship by date.
3. Allow up to 7 days of delivery receipt for your store credit to be issued. Store credit never expires and may be used at your convenience.
Shipping fees are non refundable. No exceptions.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned in its original condition, in a secure and traceable manner. Keep your tracking number safe until your return is processed.
In the event the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
